Northern Ireland Quiz

Belfast, the Giant's Causeway, the Troubles, and Game of Thrones country

Northern Ireland Quiz: Test Your Knowledge

Game of Thrones was largely filmed across Northern Ireland — and HBO has converted Castle Ward, Linen Mill Studios, and Tollymore Forest into a tourism juggernaut. Northern Ireland (Tuaisceart Éireann) is the smallest country of the United Kingdom by both area and population, with around 1.91 million people in 14,130 square kilometres across six counties. Its capital Belfast — once divided by the Troubles — has reinvented itself as a cultural and tourism hub powered by Titanic heritage, the Good Friday Agreement of 1998, and an unexpected Hollywood studio of fantasy TV.
